Kanani Patricio-Young is a leadership coach and founder of Young Leadership Inc., empowering inclusive, purpose-driven leaders. With roots in environmental consulting and DEl work across the West Coast, she brings deep experience in mentorship, training, coaching, facilitation and value-based growth.

A published author, leadership coach, mentor, and business consultant. She began her journey as a young leader in the environmental and engineering sectors, successfully growing her environmental business to six figures by the age of 25. 

Her path eventually led her to become a leadership coach and business consultant, where she designed and implemented customized DEI-focused mentorship programs across Hawaii, Oregon, Washington, Nevada, and California. 

Additionally, she has become a podcast host and is actively involved in DEI committees across various industries throughout the United States. Among her proudest achievements are raising her three young children, managing over 12 successful small businesses, and helping organizations foster confidence, connection, vulnerability, and inclusion. 

Most recently, J. Kanani was recognized as a 2024 Young Professional Winner by the Tri-Cities Area Journal of Business, honoring her professional achievements, charitable contributions, community engagement, and commitment to empowering others.
